Probably anyone who has met me over the last 7 months, is aware of my on-going search for a particular pair of shoes. Last September I awoke with beautiful sun shine coming through my window and as I struggled to make my way through the post-dreamworld haze - I had a vision. My vision was of a pair of shoes that I could wear with any outfit, that were femine and androgynous, clean and elegant, urban and simple… they were the shoes that I’ve been searching for and still have not found.

You’d think with the plethora of footwear options out there and living in New York that I would have found something, but alas no one seems to make a pale pink patent leather flat lace-up shoe, I’d be willing to give up the patent, but probably not the pale, pale pink and simple lace-up aesthetic.

Friends have be overly kind and have indulged my fantasy with links to shoes that they think might fit the bill - nothing perfect yet, but we are discovering some beauties!
